International commercial terms (incoterms) are internationally recognized rules that define the responsibilities, risks, and costs associated with the transportation and delivery of goods between buyers and sellers in the export transaction.

In 1C:Drive, you can register incoterms and link them to a counterparty's shipping address (in the Shipping addresses catalog). Then, the incoterms will be automatically filled in business documents created for that counterparty and shipping address. This saves time on data input and applies to sales orders, purchase orders, goods issues, and sales invoices.

1C:Drive stores all incoterms in the International commercial terms catalog. To open it:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Under Catalogs, click International commercial terms.
