Viewing account sales to consignor documents

1C:Drive stores all account sales to consignor documents in the Account sales to consignors list.

To view the documents:

  1. Go to Purchases.
  2. Under Purchases, click Account sales to consignors. The Account sales to consignors list is displayed.

The Account sales to consignors list shows the details of account sales to consignor documents. The details can vary depending on the list settings. The following details can be available:

  • Date. Date of the document.
  • Number. A document ID.
  • Consignor. A consignor that a document was created for.
  • Total. The document amount after tax.

To quickly find certain account sales to consignor documents:

  • Sort the list by any column by clicking a column header. To change the sorting order, click the header again.
  • Search the list using the search field above the list.
  • Filter the list using the fields above the list. You can filter by the following parameters:
    • Consignor. A consignor that a document was created for.
    • Department. The department responsible for processing a document. You can filter by department if the Accounting by business units checkbox is selected in Settings > Company, under Departments.
    • Consignee. A company responsible for processing a document. You can filter by company if the Manage multiple companies checkbox is selected in Settings > Company, under Multiple companies.

To view the details of an account sales to consignor document:

  • Double-click a document line.
