Viewing vacancies
To view vacancies:
- Go to HCM.
- Under Recruitment, click Vacancies.
The Vacancies list shows the details of all vacancies. The details may vary depending on the list settings. The following details can be available:
- Description. A vacancy name or short description.
- Code. A vacancy ID.
- Position. A job position that a vacancy is created for.
- Status. A vacancy status.
- Active from. The start date of the vacancy validity period.
- to. The end date of the vacancy validity period.
- Salary. The salary defined for a vacancy.
- Company. The company that a vacancy is created for. Company is available only if the Manage multiple companies checkbox is selected in Settings > Company.
- Department. The department that a vacancy is created for. Department is available only if the Use multiple departments checkbox is selected in Settings > Company.
- Reports to. The employee to whom the hired candidate will report.
- HR manager. The Human resources manager responsible for processing a vacancy.
To quickly find a vacancy in the list:
- Sort the list by clicking the column header. To change the sorting order, click the header again.
- Search the list using the search field above the list.
- Filter the list using the fields above the list:
- Status. Shows only the vacancies with the selected status.
- HR manager. Shows only the vacancies processed by the selected HR manager.
- Reports to. Shows only the vacancies with the selected employee to whom the hired candidate will report.
- Company. Shows only the vacancies created for the selected company. This filter is available only if the Manage multiple companies checkbox is selected in Settings > Company.
- Department. Shows only the vacancies created for the selected department. This filter is available only if the Use multiple departments checkbox is selected in Settings > Company.
To view the vacancy details:
- In the Vacancies catalog, double-click a vacancy line.
