A vacancy is a job opening in a company. Vacancies are a part of the recruitment process.

1C:Drive stores all vacancies in the Vacancies catalog. To open it:

1. Go to HCM.
2. Under Recruitment, click Vacancies.

In the Vacancies catalog, you can:

• View vacancies
• Create vacancies
• Edit vacancies
• Generate candidate interactions
• Add vacancy attachments
• View candidate interaction history
