Candidate rejection reasons catalog
A candidate rejection reason indicates why a candidate is not fit for a vacancy. You can specify a rejection reason when you register a candidate interaction. To learn more, see Creating candidate interactions.
1C:Drive stores all candidate rejection reasons in the Candidate rejection reasons catalog. To open it:
- Go to HCM.
- Under Catalogs, click Candidate rejection reasons.
In the Candidate rejection reasons catalog, you can:
- View candidate rejection reasons
- Create candidate rejection reasons
- Edit candidate rejection reasons
Viewing candidate rejection reasons
To view candidate rejection reasons:
- Go to HCM.
- Under Catalogs, click Candidate rejection reasons.
The Candidate rejection reasons list shows the details of all candidate rejection reasons. The details may vary depending on the list settings. The following details can be available:
- Description. A short description of a candidate rejection reason.
To quickly find a candidate rejection reason in the list:
- Sort the list by clicking the column header. To change the sorting order, click the header again.
- Search the list using the search field above the list.
To view the details of candidate rejection reason:
- In the Candidate rejection reasons catalog, double-click a candidate rejection reason line.
Creating candidate rejection reasons
To create a candidate rejection reason:
- Go to HCM.
- Under Catalogs, click Candidate rejection reasons.
- In the Candidate rejection reasons catalog, click Create.
- In the Candidate rejection reason (create) window, fill in the following field:
- Description. A short description of a candidate rejection reason.
- Click Save and close.
Editing candidate rejection reasons
To edit a candidate rejection reason:
- Go to HCM.
- Under Catalogs, click Candidate rejection reasons.
- In the Candidate rejection reasons catalog, double-click a candidate rejection reason line.
- Change the description of the candidate rejection reason.
- Click Save and close.
