Candidate interaction overview
A candidate interaction is a document used to register the details of an interaction with a candidate for a vacancy. This document is created for a certain vacancy stage during the recruitment process. For example, the document can register the details of a phone call with a candidate at the First interview stage.
1C:Drive stores all candidate interactions in the Candidate interactions list. To open it:
- Go to HCM.
- Under Recruitment, click Candidate interaction.
In the Vacancy templates catalog, you can:
- View candidate interactions
- Create candidate interactions
- Edit candidate interaction details
- Add candidate interaction attachments
