Adding candidate interaction attachments

You might need to store files related to a candidate interaction. For example, a pre-employment test completed by a candidate. In 1C:Drive, you can add such files as attachments to a candidate interaction. To do this:

  1. Go to HCM.
  2. Under Recruitment, click Candidate interactions.
  3. In the Candidate interactions list, double-click a candidate interaction line.
  4. In the link bar of the candidate interaction, click Attachments.
  5. Click Add > File from hard drive.
  6. In the file selection window, select the required file and click Open.

The file appears in the Attachments list.
