Viewing restock reminders

How you receive restock reminders depends on notification method selected in a stock level control setting.

If the notification method is set to Notification, restock reminders will appear in 1C:Drive top bar on "bell" icon, like this: . To view the reminder text, click the icon.

If the notification method is set to Email, you will receive restock reminders to the email specified in 1C:Drive in your user settings. Click here, to learn about the email settings

Regardless of the selected notification method, you can also view restock reminders on the 1C:Drive Home page in the To-do list section. To do this:

• In the To-do list section, expand the Low stock levels item and click a link with a company name. For example, a company name is Best computers and one restock reminder is generated for this company. Then, you will see a link as follows:

The Low stock levels item is displayed when the To-do list section is refreshed, which might take time.

To refresh the To-do list section manually, click at the bottom right of the section.

As you click the link with the company name, the Demand planning tool is displayed. It settings are pre-configured for the corresponding company and stock level control setting. To calculate demand only for products from that stock level control setting, click Calculate. To learn more about the Demand planning tool, see Demand planning.
