RFQ response overview

When you want to learn the prices, terms, and conditions for purchasing goods and services, you can send a request for quotation (RFQ) to a potential supplier.

Potential suppliers issue RFQ responses. In 1C:Drive, you can register them as RFQ response documents for further analysis. This will help you choose the offer with the lowest price.

You can use an RFQ response as the initial document in your purchasing chain. For instance, you can create a purchase order based on an RFQ response.

1C:Drive stores all RFQ responses in the RFQ responses list. To open it:

1. Go to Purchases.
2. Under Purchases, click RFQ responses.

In the RFQ responses list, you can:

• View RFQ responses
• Create RFQ responses
• Edit RFQ responses
