Fixed asset write-off document overview

A fixed asset write-off document records fixed assets disposal. It records net book value write-off. If depreciation amount is specified, the document also records the depreciation charge for the month when the document is posted.

A fixed asset write-off document is used in Fixed asset accounting.

1C:Drive stores all fixed asset write-off documents in the Fixed asset documents list. To open it:

  1. Go to Company.
  2. Under Fixed assets, click Fixed asset documents.
  3. In the Fixed asset documents list, set the Document type filter to Fixed asset write-off.
