Manual journal entry document overview
A manual journal entry document is used to record accounting entries. All the details of the entries are filled in manually.
A manual journal entry document is useful when a certain transaction is not supported by a 1C:Drive document (such as sales invoice or supplier invoice). To learn more about the options for recording accounting entries, see Accounting journal entries.
Manual journal entry documents are used only when the default type of accounting is applied (Use default type of accounting is selected in Settings > Company). If the template-based types of accounting are applied (Use template based types of accounting is selected in Settings > Company), use manual accounting transaction documents for transactions that are not supported by 1C:Drive documents.
All manual journal entry documents are stored in the Manual journal entries list. In this list, you can:
- View manual journal entry documents
