Online receipt overview

Online receipt is a document that records a payment made by a customer through a payment processor.

Online receipts are available if the Use payment processors checkbox is selected in Settings > Cash management, under Payment processors.

1C:Drive stores all online receipts in the Online receipts list. To open it:

  1. Go to Cash management.
  2. Under Payment processor documents, click Online receipts.
