Sending email through Business interactions

In 1C:Drive, when you activate Organizer, the Business interactions data processor becomes available. You can use it to manage appointments, calls, scheduled interactions, text messages, and email.

For email, if you use a file-based infobase, you can activate the Send immediately settings so you don’t have to manually send each email you have composed. To do this, go to Settings-> Personal settings -> Email. Then click Account settings, go to the Other tab, an select Send immediately.

If your infobase is deployed on a database server, you have to set up and schedule the Mail sync (SendReceiveEmails) job.
