How to transfer files between 1C:Drive infobases

Question: I have a copy of an infobase, I need to transfer all the data created in the copy to the original infobase, how can I do that?

Answer: To complete this task, 1C:Drive provides the Import/Export external data processor. This external data processor is included in the installation directory of 1C:Drive. In the AddFiles folder open the ImportExportDataXML.epf file.

To export data from the infobase, use the metadata object tree that is shown in the interface of the external data processor.

While exporting data you can select the period that you want to export the data from.

Also, you can check the Export documents with register records, if you need to export already posted documents, other wise you will have some discrepancies between documents or you will have to export register records manually.

You can create a local file or indicate a path to the file to be created on a server.

When all the elements you want to export had been selected and you have decided the parameter of the export process, just click the Export data button. A dialog box, you can open the file to review its contents, or save it to a local directory.

To import data to a infobase, click the Import tab, then click the Import data button and select the file created using this data processor in the export process.

Caution! This process will exclude duplication of elements and documents, but if the export file includes previously imported objects, duplicated objects may be created when preforming a new Import process.

Important! To preform the export/import data process is recommended to do it with a user profile that has full access to all documents and operations.
