How to display 1C:Drive resources in a particular language

In 1C:Drive, if you want to ensure that all resources are displayed in a particular language (for instance, German), make sure you have this language specified for all the elements listed below:

  • Operating system-specific resources
    • You have this language installed in the operating system.
  • Platform-specific resources
    • You installed this language with the platform. For more information, see Platform interface languages.
    • You run 1C:Enterprise platform with the language. For thick/thin client application of 1C:Enterprise platform, the simplest way to specify the language is via the "/L" command-line parameter for 1cestart.exe or for a particual infobase. For instance, for German, it is "/Lde". For more information, see Parameters that affect user interface language.
  • 1C:Drive configuration-specific resources
    •  If the language differs from English, you installed 1C:Drive from a multilanguage distribution package. (If the language is English, you can use either multilanguage, or English distribution package of 1C:Drive.)
    • In Designer (Administration > Users), you specifed the language for the users on behalf of whom you want to run 1C:Drive.
    • For an empty 1C:Drive infobase, you performed the 1C:Drive initial startup procedure on behalf of such a user with administrative rights. For more information, see 1C:Drive initial startup.
    • In Settings > General settings > Regional settings, you specified this language as the default language for catalog items.
